HOW TO MAKE A PULSE DETECTOR

You have often seen doctores using a stethoscope to hear your heart beat, and well in this experiment you will make a device that not only helps you to hear your pulse but also helps you to see your pulse beat!

Materials:

1thumbtack
1matchstick

Instructions
Insert the thumbtack at the back of the matchstick.

Here your pulse detector is ready.

How to use it?
Keep the pulse detector on your wrist and rest your wrist on the table.
After a few seconds the head of the matchstick will move front and back, because of your pulse beating.

TIPS: Don't move your hand while using the pulse detector for accurate results.
