Do you know how to make a rain gauge??? Rain gauge is a device used to measure rainfall! Making a rain gauge is easy, just follow the following steps!!(Do this experiment when you know it would rain!)
Materials:
A rain gauge ruler ( print the ruler below!!)
A bottle (a bottle of olives would do)
clear cellophane or plastic sandwich bag
Tape
When the rain stops, check how much water is filled in the glass.

Instructions
Cut out the rain gauge ruler.
Cover the ruler with clear cellophane, front and back. This will protect it from the rain.
Strand the ruler inside the glass container so that the ruler rests on the bottom of the container.
Tape it at the top, to the inside of the jar, so that the ruler does not fall.
Place your rain gauge outside where nothing can fall on it.
When the rain stops, check how much water is filled in the glass.
